Job description

We are looking for aBusiness Analystto support the delivery of web and mobile (Android) applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure smooth delivery from design through UAT and rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Document user stories, use cases, process flows, data mappings, and interface specifications.
• Work closely with software and technical leads to translate requirements into system designs.
• Manage requirements lifecycle and traceability using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users.
• Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training after deployment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or large-scale IT projects.
• Strong experience translating business needs into technical documentation (SRS, user stories, UI specs).
• Hands-on collaboration with QA teams to ensure requirements-to-test traceability.
• Familiarity with web and mobile application delivery.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
