Responsibilities

Overview

The new Business Analyst (BA) will support a portfolio of Wealth Management Technology applications with the following key responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Main focal point with Business Unit and Development/Vendor teams on initiatives - from conceptualization to implementation
• Transforms business initiatives into Functional Specifications
• Perform detailed analysis on the requirements provided in coordinating with biz and tech teams
• Manage the initiatives raised by the business with the Delivery team
• Participate in review of system design and the proposed approach
• Coordinate with the Tech and Arch teams on the new business ask raised
• Create User stories for the new requirements raised by the business with all the required details
• Perform or coordinate on the SIT and UAT on the user stories created
• Work with development & production support managers to ensure timely resolution to production issues

Qualifications

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in project management will be added advantage
• Familiarity with Avaloq, Finacle, Rest APIs
• Familiar with modern application design using micro-services and use of CI/CD tools such as GIT, JIRA
• Previous hands-on experience in coding/automation and have track record of successful implementations using these technologies would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies on all the ceremonies within the squads.
• This role requires proficiency with Mandarin language (Read, write & speak) as this role will be working closely with team and clients in the southeast asia, Taiwan & Mainland region..
