Your Role as a Zenika Consultant:

As a Digital Business Analyst, you’ll work on strategic projects, supporting digital transformation. You’ll be embedded in agency teams, working alongside CIOs, product managers, software engineers, and designers to deliver innovative solutions.

You’ll:

• Partner with business teams to capture business needs through human‑centric, visual methods (e.g., service journeys) and turn them into actionable business cases.
• Develop user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure systems & products are deployment‑ready, seamlessly adopted, and effectively maintained.
• Analyse requested changes, propose improvements, and work with support teams to address technical problems.
• Shape and refine product development processes, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
• Deliver tangible outcomes and public value through the squad’s work.
• Support CIOs in identifying new opportunities for digital transformation.

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT business analysis, solution design, or testing (senior roles available for more experienced candidates).
• Practical experience in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably in Agile settings.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to pitch ideas, influence stakeholders, and build trust.
• A hands‑on, driven, and inquisitive personality.
• Bonus: experience in consulting.
• Knowledge or experience in at least one of the following: Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, Cloud, Internet/Mobile Technologies, CRM, Knowledge Management, or Service Design.
• Due to the nature of projects, only Singaporeans or Permanent Residents will be considered.
