Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Banking / Financial Services.
• Strong exposure to Retail, Corporate, Wealth, and Regulatory banking processes.
• Experience in large digital transformation projects or enterprise platform implementations.
• Proven ability to lead requirement workshops, analyze complex business scenarios, and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
\Ability to work independently as well as lead and mentor junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and walkthroughs to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Identify process gaps, evaluate risks, and propose actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to validate solutions.
• Ensure functional requirements are understood, refined, and incorporated into design.
• Support testing teams by clarifying requirements and validating functional outcomes.
• Participate in end-to-end delivery activities, including implementation planning and post-go-live support.
