Job description

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business needs and objectives
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, while translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate communication and foster collaboration
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in business analysis
