Job summary

A digital transformation company is seeking a Business Analyst in Singapore to work with clients in identifying business problems and eliciting user requirements. The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in consulting or IT implementation, strong analytical skills, and be self-motivated. This role involves translating business needs into requirements and providing support throughout the project life cycle.

The Role

This role will be part of the Low Code Practice within Temus, along with other practices like application transformation and modernization, enterprise architecture, value assurance and products & solutions.

In this role as Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working with clients to identify customer business problems, elicit user requirements and find the most effective solution. You will work closely within a project team throughout the development life cycle to ensure the resultant solution meets business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and translate them into requirements specifications or user stories
• Conduct user requirement scoping, and analysis, involving functional, integration, and non-functional requirements
• Work closely with technical solution teams to assess feasibility, propose solution options and recommendation to address business and operational needs
• Deliver functional design including workflow analysis, prototypes, business logic flowchart and interface mapping
• Provide requirement and functional design clarifications to delivery team members throughout the delivery process
• Plan and conduct internal UAT based on business workflow and user scenarios
• Plan and conduct training to end users, and internal support teams as required
• Support post-production deployment verification for any product feature release

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Consulting or IT system implementation experience
• Proficient in Requirements Gathering, Configuration & Development, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live Support and Application support to users
• Excellent analytical skills, able to understand and articulate business problem statement and use cases concisely
• Self-motivated and able to take direction and work resourcefully and independently
• Have good communication and writing skills
• Be able and willing to understand new technologies quickly
