Responsibilities:

• Drive product success by translating data and insightsinto clear, actionable recommendations.
• Perform market research to assess problem areas,opportunity size, and market gaps.
• Evaluate current solutions to uncover improvementopportunities and identify potential synergies.
• Conduct user interviews and synthesize feedback tocraft accurate problem statements.
• Define success criteria, establish key metrics, anddevelop dashboards for performance tracking.
• Analyze post-release results to identify optimizationareas and guide iterative product improvements.
• Assess the impact of change requests and evaluate thefeasibility of required resources.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in agileproject environments.
• Prior experience in government or public sector projects isessential.
• PMP certification or hands-on project management experiencepreferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect,interpret, and convert data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the abilityto influence stakeholders.
• End-to-end product lifecycle experience working closely withcross-functional product teams.
• Able to work independently under pressure, manage tight deadlines,and prioritise effectively.
• Degrees or diplomas in computer science, product management, orrelated fields are advantageous.
