THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a Business AI Lead to spearhead AI-driven transformation across MatchMove. This is a hands‑on, high-impact role where you’ll identify opportunities, architect solutions, and build AI automations that drive measurable efficiency and productivity gains across our business units. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and business operations, translating complex processes into intelligent, automated workflows.

This role reports directly to the C-Suite and offers the unique opportunity to shape how a regulated fintech company leverages AI to scale operations across multiple markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Drive Business AI Initiatives

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across business units (BizOps, Finance, Customer Success, Operations) that deliver maximum efficiency gains
• Lead end-to-end AI projects from discovery through deployment, measuring impact on productivity and cost savings
• Build business cases for AI investments with clear metrics and implementation roadmaps

Build Intelligent Automation Solutions

• Design and implement workflow automations using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LLMs, and SLMs to eliminate manual processes
• Develop AI-powered solutions for data extraction, document processing, customer interactions, and operational workflows
• Create intelligent systems that integrate across our technology stack, including CRM, databases, and business applications
• Build scalable, maintainable solutions that can evolve with business needs

Enable Cross-Functional Teams

• Partner with department heads to understand pain points and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems
• Evangelize AI adoption by demonstrating quick wins and building internal capability
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for teams beginning their AI journey

Architect for Scale and Compliance

• Design solutions that respect regulatory requirements (MAS licensing, PCI-DSS, PDPA) and data governance standards
• Build with cloud infrastructure and modern data architectures that support multi-market operations
• Ensure solutions are secure, auditable, and maintain data privacy across jurisdictions
• Create documentation and frameworks that enable sustainable AI practices

WHAT YOU BRING:

Technical Foundation

• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, databases, and network infrastructure
• Hands‑on experience implementing RAG, LLMs, or SLMs in production environments
• Proficiency in building data pipelines, APIs, and integration workflows
• Background in data analytics or data science with ability to extract insights from complex datasets
• Comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data at scale

Problem-Solving Mindset

• Systems thinker who can map complex business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Ability to see both the big picture (enterprise strategy) and the details (technical implementation)
• Track record of translating business problems into elegant technical solutions
• Pragmatic approach that balances perfect solutions with speed to value

Execution Excellence

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects end-to-end, from concept to production
• Experience working across functions and influencing without direct authority
• Self-starter who can operate independently while knowing when to collaborate
• Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial technology
• Previous work in multi-market or cross-border operational environments
• Experience with process mining or business process automation tools
