A leading consultancy firm in Singapore seeks a dynamic Business Administration & HR Manager to optimize administrative and HR functions. Responsibilities include overseeing HR processes, enhancing operational workflows, and managing financial coordination. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Administration & HR Manager to lead and optimise our administrative, human resources, and coordination functions. This pivotal role supports the smooth operation of a local engineering consultancy by driving process improvements, managing people operations, and collaborating with external partners to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Administrative Operations
Lead and streamline day-to-day office administration to ensure operational excellence.
Enhance internal workflows, documentation systems, and digital tools for greater efficiency.
Collaborate with project teams to provide seamless administrative support across departments.
Human Resources
Oversee the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Champion initiatives for talent development, training, and employee retention.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Finance & Accounting Coordination
Act as the primary liaison with outsourced accounting partners for payroll, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Review financial documents such as invoices, expense claims, and monthly reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control efforts.
Digital Transformation & Process Improvement
Identify and implement digital solutions, including AI-powered tools, to modernise administrative and HR processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational agility.
Singapore Citizen
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business administration, HR, or operations
Strong understanding of HR practices, accounting workflows, and digital transformation tools
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS, ERP, or accounting software is a plus
