We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Administration & HR Manager to lead and optimise our administrative, human resources, and coordination functions. This pivotal role supports the smooth operation of a local engineering consultancy by driving process improvements, managing people operations, and collaborating with external partners to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations

  • Lead and streamline day-to-day office administration to ensure operational excellence.

  • Enhance internal workflows, documentation systems, and digital tools for greater efficiency.

  • Collaborate with project teams to provide seamless administrative support across departments.

Human Resources

  • Oversee the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

  • Champion initiatives for talent development, training, and employee retention.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.

Finance & Accounting Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison with outsourced accounting partners for payroll, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

  • Review financial documents such as invoices, expense claims, and monthly reports.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control efforts.

Digital Transformation & Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement digital solutions, including AI-powered tools, to modernise administrative and HR processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational agility.

Requirements
  • Singapore Citizen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business administration, HR, or operations

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, accounting workflows, and digital transformation tools

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS, ERP, or accounting software is a plus
