Monday to Friday, Office Hours

  • Lead and streamline day-to-day office administration to ensure operational excellence.
  • Enhance internal workflows, documentation systems, and digital tools for greater efficiency.
  • Oversee the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Champion initiatives for talent development, training, and employee retention.
  • Act as the primary liaison with outsourced accounting partners for payroll, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
  • Review financial documents such as invoices, expense claims, and monthly reports.
  • Identify and implement digital solutions, including AI-powered tools, to modernise administrative and HR processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational agility.
Requirements
  • Singapore Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business administration, HR, or operations
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, accounting workflows, and digital transformation tools
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
