Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore invites applications for a Senior/Transport Scientist/Planner in Bus Strategy, Infrastructure and Priority. You will shape bus priority measures to improve speeds and reliability, and engage with public stakeholders to build understanding and support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in disciplines such as communications, urban planning, transport/geography, public policy, or civil engineering.
• Experience in data analytics, media/communication, land use planning, GIS, transport planning and modelling is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement bus priority measures to improve bus speeds and reliability.
• Analyse data / survey results and interpret their benefits/impact.
• Prepare engagement activities and craft communication strategies for stakeholder support and public communication.
• Gather and synthesise public feedback and recommend mitigation or communication approaches balancing commuter needs.
