Job description

We are seeking for a Bus Operations Trainee at full time position. Working at 6 days work week; Mon-Sat: 9.00am to 9pm or 9pm to 9am; Salary from $2800 to $3200, commensurates with relevant working experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate with customer service team for transport and delivery arrangements.
  • Generate Job order for bus drivers.
  • Liaise with repair shop on servicing vehicles and government matter and inspection.
  • Handle schedule routine through in-house system.
  • Updating of transport service changes for clients and management requirements.
  • Maintain buses profile.
  • Manage of complaints from customers and public inquires of safety driving matter.
  • Liaise with customers, rescheduling and where needy during breakdown or traffic blocking.
  • Studying route plan or schedule planning or pick up point, timing schedule, inspect new and regular bus drivers' performance.
Requirements
  • GCE O level and above or with many years of operation experiences in logistics or delivery service company.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Preferably those who has worked in warehouse, supply chain and distribution center.
  • Some knowledge of in Excel and words.
  • Enable to communicate in English and Mandarin or Malay, in order to communicate with Mandarin/Malay speaking drivers.
  • Customer service orientated, detailed person, able to work under pressure.
