About the role

McConnell Dowell is hiring an experienced Bus Driver (Class 4 + BDVL) to support our Changi Marine project’s late evening, overnight and early‑morning staff movements. You’ll operate company buses on fixed site shuttle routes, ensuring safe, reliable transport for our workforce between Tanah Merah MRT and the worksite, plus designated dormitory / staging points.

What you’ll do

• Drive a 45‑seater staff shuttle safely on fixed routes and timetables.
• Conduct pre‑trip / post‑trip checks; keep the vehicle clean and presentable.
• Log mileage, trips and fuel accurately; report defects promptly.
• Work professionally with site security and transport coordinators; follow WSH procedures at all times.

What we’re looking for

• Valid Class 4 licence and Bus Driver’s Vocational Licence (BDVL) (required by LTA for private / staff / excursion services).
• Strong safety record and confidence driving at night / in wet weather.
• Familiarity with the Changi area preferred; basic English for comms and safety briefings.
• Able to work night / extended hours on a 6‑day roster.

• Worksite : Changi Marine project, Singapore.
• Transport : Staff pick‑up from Tanah Merah MRT provided.
• PPE and uniforms provided; free parking for duty vehicles.
