Job summary

KKKL TRAVEL & TOURS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Cross-Border Bus Captain to operate buses on cross-border routes between Singapore and Malaysia. You will ensure passenger safety, comfort, and on-time arrivals while following all regulations.

The role requires a valid Class 4 Singapore driving license with at least 3 years of experience, plus the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and work a shift including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 4 Singapore driving license with at least 3 years of experience driving commercial vehicles.
• Experience in cross-border bus operations and knowledge of relevant traffic rules.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with passengers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good physical health and stamina for long periods of operation.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based environment, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate cross-border buses between Singapore and Malaysia.

About the role

Exciting opportunity for experienced Cross-Border Bus Captains to join KKKL TRAVEL & TOURS PTE LTD' in Singapore. As a Cross-Border Bus Captain, you will be responsible for safely operating buses on cross-border routes, ensuring passengers reach their destinations comfortably and on time. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work within the public transport and taxi services industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Safely operate buses on cross-border routes between Singapore and Malaysia
2. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers
3. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers and responding to their needs
4. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
5. Maintain accurate trip records and documentation
6. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient scheduling and route planning

What we're looking for

1. Valid Class 4 Singapore driving license with a minimum of 3 years' experience in driving commercial vehicles
2. Experience in cross-border bus operations and a good understanding of relevant traffic rules and regulations
3. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers
