Responsibilities:
Develop and foster relationships with shipowners, operators, and charterers to enhance bunker fuel sales.
Source competitive bunker pricing from global suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
Execute bunker transactions, including confirmation of deals, documentation, and follow-up activities.
Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and competitive actions to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and payment processing.
Maintain accurate trading records and generate regular reports for management review.
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in bunker trading or marine fuel sales.
Established client portfolio and supplier relationships within the shipping and maritime sectors.
Demonstrated strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
