We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bulk Carrier Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the daily operations of our dry bulk carrier fleet, working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our dry bulk carrier vessels.
  • Coordinate with chartering, post-fixture, and technical teams to ensure efficient and safe vessel operations.
  • Monitor vessel positions, performance, and ensure adherence to voyage instructions.
  • Liaise with port agents, terminals, and other involved parties to ensure smooth port calls and cargo handling.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions during voyages.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company safety standards and maritime regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in dry bulk carrier operations.
  • Solid understanding of the full process of dry bulk shipping.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as communication with Chinese colleagues and clients is required.
  • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) will be given preference.
