• Assist visitors/patients with online pre-registration and checking in at the self-help kiosks and entry gantries.
• Ensure crowd control and proper queue management.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment.
• Handle enquiries or feedback from visitors/patients.
• Welcome and orientate the public upon arrival at the car porch/lobby.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job description

Working hours:

5.5 days’ week, Monday to Saturday

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm

Saturday 8.00am to 12.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and orientate visitors/patients upon arrival at the lobby.
• Assist visitors/patients with online pre-registration and checking in at the self-help kiosks and entry gantries, as well as checking out at the exit gantries.
• Ensure crowd control and proper queue management at the self-help kiosks and monitor human traffic flow at the entry gantries, to avoid tailgating instances.
• Assist visitors/patients with way-finding around the hospital premises.
• Ensure that cleanliness, safety and conditions of equipment used at waiting area, self-help kiosks and gantries are well maintained and functioning.
• Handling of enquiries or feedback from the visitors/patients.
• Welcome and orientate public upon arrival at sheltered car porch/lobby.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
