  • Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
  • Position Title: Built Heritage Consultant
  • Working Location: Boon Lay
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: 2-years Contract (Convertible to Permanent)

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare heritage assessment reports, such as Heritage Statements, Statements of Significance, Impact Reports, and Building Recording Reports.
  • Conduct archival research and prepare desk-based assessments.
  • Carry out site surveys and visit libraries or archives.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to support project delivery and identify ways to improve heritage sites.
  • Work together with other professionals, such as designers, engineers, and environmental specialists, to benefit both clients and the environment.
  • Manage heritage surveys, including condition assessments and building recording.
  • Be a supportive team member, contributing to high-quality project work and professional growth.
