Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Lead Project Manager in managing consultants and contractors on built environment projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with stakeholders on daily project matters, monitor progress, track cash flow, and assist in project administration throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, monitoring delays, and supporting handover and defects processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in the built environment or construction sector preferred.
• Willing and able to work on-site when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Client, Consultants, Contractor and end-users on day-to-day project matters.
• Support Lead Project Manager in managing consultants and contractors.
• Attend Progress, Technical, and Coordination meetings and prepare minutes.
• Monitor project programme and flag potential delays.
• Track cash flow projections and process payment recommendations.
• Support project administration and documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants to track deliverables against the programme and dates.
• Support handover of completed project to stakeholders.
• Assist in defects reporting during Defects Liability Period.
• Assist variation certification and closure with other consultants.
• Prepare and issue regular reporting to the Client.
