Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Technical management of facility systems which could include soft and hard services: Janitorial, Cafeteria, Landscaping, Transportation, Fleet Management, Bicycle repair, structure and locker Management.
  • For Fleet Management, to manage including policing and coordinate with appointed lease car company and analyse data to identify for optimisation.
  • For Bicycle fleet, to plan and work on maintenance strategy to be fit for use.
  • For cafeteria transition, act as point of contact for transition and execute change management to ensure smooth transition.
  • Analysis of operational data for trends/opportunities to improve utilisation and Maintenance both planned and reactive resulting in optimum value.
  • Compliance with all operations SSHE, OIMS and CIMS requirements including stewarding third party vendors works activities and maintaining up to date maintenance and operations records.
  • Development and implementation of technical solutions to operational problems.
  • Development of scope, cost estimates, schedule, and implementation of maintenance work orders and activities including consideration of SSHE requirements.
  • Ensures client needs and concerns are considered and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Engineering or building management related.
  • Class 3 driving license, Company van provided.
  • Safety, Security and controls awareness.
  • Budget planning and stewardship.
  • Contract administration, project management.
  • Working knowledge of facility management disciplines, Codes etc.
  • Able to manage contractors and vendors to deliver quality works and services.
  • Team player with good inter-personal skills.
  • Knowledge of Facility related regulatory requirements and business expectations including OIMS and CIMS requirements.
