About the Role

As a CBRE Technician, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and involves providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You Will Do
  • Co‑ordinate and assist the Property Executive/Manager with the daily operation of M&E Services.
  • Carry out periodic inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules and maintain all equipment.
  • Perform weekly checks on the building's fire‑protection system – main panel and sub‑panels, and troubleshoot failures.
  • Attend to owner or occupier building automation, fire protection, and carpark systems.
  • Respond to enquiries, complaints of breakdown, and service requests related to building services.
  • Maintain inventory and procure electrical/mechanical parts and accessories according to SOP.
  • Supervise contractors to ensure work meets service contract specifications and acceptable standards.
  • Follow up on rectification works and report progress to the Property Management team promptly.
  • Respond to emergency calls after office hours and reinforce manpower during major equipment breakdowns.
  • Perform troubleshooting for failures in the building's electrical/mechanical systems.
  • Other duties in the building as assigned from time to time.
What You Will Need
  • N/ O Levels with at least 3 years’ experience as a building technician.
  • Nitec in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services / Facility Management or a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with maintenance of building systems, equipment and facilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
