Requirements for this role

• Flexible hours available
• Expected salary: $1,800 - $2,500 per month

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in daily operation of the M&E services, such as carrying out all planned maintenance schedules and periodic inspection, and upkeep of the estate\'s common area
• Perform weekly checks on the estate\'s M&E system, including minor troubleshooting on failures of systems
• Carry out minor troubleshooting on any failure of the M&E systems
• Maintain proper stock control for all mechanical/electrical accessories and materials
• Respond to ad-hoc complaints received from the Management office from time to time
• Respond to and attend to all emergency calls, and reinforce manpower during major breakdowns of M&E equipment within the estate\'s common area
• Ensure that service contractors conduct servicing properly and in accordance with the service contract
• Follow external contractors that are at site to carry out routine servicing
• Attend to other M&E related issues that may be assigned from time to time
• Carry out minor repair and handyman tasks, such as repair of fixtures/fittings and touch-up painting

• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities
• Able to travel island-wide
• Able to work Morning shifts, Afternoon shifts and Night shifts
