Job description
What you'll be doing

Property Maintenance & Technical Services

  • Conduct routine inspections of common areas and facilities, and perform authorized preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and facilities systems, not including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, sanitary systems, mechanical and ACMV as directed by the supervisor.
Emergency Response & Customer Service
  • Attend to all emergencies and resident complaints promptly, politely, and tactfully.
Inventory & Asset Management
  • Maintain inventory and records of all parts and end-items used for maintenance work, including those kept in the store.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Ensure proper documentation of work records and work orders upon completion.
Ad-Hoc & Support
  • Handle any ad-hoc task assigned by the supervisor.
What we're looking for
Educational Qualification
  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Building Maintenance/ Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering/ Facility Management
Experience
  • 1 year of relevant experience with good knowledge in building mechanical and electrical systems
Regulatory Understanding
  • Sound knowledge of the Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) framework and the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA).
People-Oriented Problem Solver
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset; resourceful, independent, and professional in handling challenges and resolving issues effectively.
