Job description

Responsibilities

• 1) Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the building
• 2) Rectify any defects in the hotel premises including guest's rooms
• 3) Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• 4) Keep records of maintenance activities and repairs
• 5) Track and manage maintenance supplies and equipment
• 6) Monitor safety equipment and compliance with safety regulations
• 7) Address urgent maintenance requests and emergencies
