Job summary

A leading safety and security services provider in Singapore is looking for a Facilities Management professional to conduct building condition assessments and inspections. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a related building field and a Specialist Certificate in Building Condition Assessment. Qualifications

• A Diploma or Higher NITEC or NITEC in a Building related field is required.
• Must possess a Specialist Certificate in Building Condition Assessment.
• Knowledge of NEN-2767, the standard for Building Condition Assessment, is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building condition assessments based on NEN-2767 standards.
• Perform regular inspections and produce detailed reports.
• Act as a representative during inspections by clients and authorities.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct building condition assessment based on NEN-2767 standard.
• Conduct regular inspections for building and environment and produce inspection reports accordingly (eg. Building inspection).
• Act as company’s representative in clients’ and Authority’s inspections regime.
• Work closely with Facility Management team to close out defects
• Work as part of the Facilities Management team in maintaining the base/facility and support any facilities management tasks as required.
• Support any other inspections as required.
• Use of Computerized FM system for inspection and reports.
• Assist the manager in related functions.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Higher NITEC or NITEC in Building related field (Building, FM).
• MUST have a certificate of Specialist Certificate in Building Condition Assessment
• Knowledge of NEN-2767 (Dutch Standard for Building Condition Assessment).
• Experience in conducting building and environment inspections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Good computer literacy/knowledge
