Job summary

A semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a building maintenance technician to oversee the maintenance of cleanroom hardware and building fixtures. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This role involves hands-on technical work and the readiness to address urgent issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing building maintenance.
• Technical person with hands-on experience required.
• Comfortable performing standby during urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of semiconductor cleanroom building hardware.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building fittings and fixtures.
• Coordination and management of contractors/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of semiconductor cleanroom building hardware.
• Perform Troubleshoot, repair, and maintenance of building fittings and fixtures (i.e lights, doors, chairs, tables, etc.)
• Maintenance of lifts and cranes.
• Coordination and management of contractors/vendors.
• General upkeep of buildings and surroundings.
• Familiar with cleanroom environment and protocols.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in the semiconductor manufacturing building maintenance.
• A technical person with hands-on experiences, not only managing/monitoring.
• Comfortable to perform standby during urgent issues / breakdown within the fabs.
