Job summary

A leading construction service provider in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare tender and contract documents, source materials, and liaise with stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a relevant Bachelor's degree and has at least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying and drafting technical drawings. Proficiency in Autocad 2D, 3D and Revit is essential, alongside strong communication skills in English. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in drafting of M&E/technical drawings and quantity surveying.
• Must have quantity surveying experience/exposure.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision, self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including quotations and cost estimates.
• Source required materials and vendors, handle interim progress claims.
• Interpret and prepare M&E, architectural shop drawings and coordination drawings.
