Job summary

SRIRAM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to coordinate field operations, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery of projects in Singapore.

You will monitor material usage, enforce safety policies, and foster clear communication with the team, vendors, and clients to maintain quality and schedule. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adherence to procedures, and training new hires while safeguarding confidential information and promoting

Responsibilities

• Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities relating to the project.
• Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage.
• Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors and clients.
• Provide for site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and procedures.
• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures, prepare and file accident reports.
• Supervise and evaluate staff, complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
• Interview candidates; onboard and train new hires.
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion, schedule and track assignments.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Communicate with customers regarding products and services.
• Co ordinate and work closely with contractor.
• Proactive, good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
• Supervise all work assigned to you.
