Role

Senior / Sales & Marketing Executive – Tiles & Stone Distributor to Civil Projects.

  • Location: Near Bukit Batok MRT, Singapore.
  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm).
  • Salary: SGD 2,700 – 3,500 (no commission, indoor sales role).
  • Benefits: 14 days annual leave + AWS + VB (performance dependent).
Requirements
  • Relevant sales role for interior designers or sales & marketing coordinator related to building materials (tiles, stones).
  • Experience liaising with designers, contractors and suppliers.
  • Diploma or degree in business-related background required.
  • Construction industry knowledge of marble/granite/tiles highly preferred.
Job Scopes
  1. Market and promote product range, create awareness among key clients (contractors, consultants).
  2. Follow up on key projects from concept to completion, emphasize quality and return on investment.
  3. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, maximize sales opportunities.
  4. Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets, generate new opportunities supporting customers’ needs (sales, technical aspects).
  5. Identify product improvements/new products/technologies, stay current on industry trends, market activities, competitors.
  6. Provide technical consultative service and generate specification documents for architects, façade consultants, contractors, enforcing organization standards.
  7. Provide after-sales service, resolve issues, problem-solve and handle complaints timely.
  8. Secure projects contributing positively to company revenue and profits.
