About the Role

Our client are looking for a proactive BMS Engineer to support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Building Management Systems across commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on in system commissioning, troubleshooting, and project coordination, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and commission BMS equipment including controllers, sensors, and actuators.
• Perform system integration and ensure optimal functionality of HVAC, lighting, and related systems.
• Customize and fine‑tune BMS software programs to meet project and client requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network communication.
• Prepare technical documentation such as system layouts, wiring diagrams, and configuration records.
• Conduct performance monitoring and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Manage BMS projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
• Track project progress and provide updates on milestones, potential risks, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with BMS systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC, lighting controls, or energy management systems is advantageous.
