Job summary

A facilities management company based in Singapore is seeking a qualified technician to maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, relevant trade qualifications, and the ability to supervise vendors. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• CERT Trained (Preferred but not mandatory).

Job Description

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system on facilities, plant equipment and machinery
• Attend to normal requests or complaints from tenants & customers
• Ensure thorough understanding of safety policies and work methods and implement them accordingly
• Report any non-conformance to Supervisor for corrective action
• Supervise vendors/Contractors on routine & ad‑hoc works after office hours
• Attend /standby emergency call
• Assist on logistics and events support
• Manage Fire Command Centre and respond to alerts/ fire alarm
• Verify fire and safety risk as required
• Monitor the performance of the M&E systems through IBMS and follow‑up on abnormalities observed
• Meters reading (e.g. Electricity, Water, NEWater and BTU)
• Assist in incident report
• Update Computerised Maintenance Management System

Requirements

• SEC(k) Any trade, preferably in M&E related
• Nitec Certificate in Building Works, Electrical / Electronics, Air conditioning servicing and/or Plumbing and Sanitary or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• CERT Trained (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Comply with the company's Uniform Dress Code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at times other than working hours

Shift Duty 1: 8:30am till 8:30pm

Shift Duty 2: 8:30pm till 8:30am

Normal duty:

Mon – Fri: 8:30am till 5:30pm or 9am till 6pm

Sat: 8:30am till 12:30pm or 9am till 1pm
