Job summary

A leading facility maintenance company in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate for maintenance roles. You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of building systems such as electrical and plumbing. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in a relevant field and has 1–2 years of experience. This full-time position may require overtime work and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum NTC / NITEC / Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in building or facility maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of building facilities.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure equipment functions properly.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor faults in building systems.
• Support contractors and vendors during maintenance works.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of building facilities, including replacement of doors lock sets, door closer etc and minor repairs to building works defects.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment and systems function properly.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor faults in lighting, power points, water fittings, and air-conditioning systems.
• Support contractors and vendors during repair, servicing, or renovation works.
• Ensure building cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain maintenance records and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NTC / NITEC / Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in building or facility maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple maintenance tasks.
• Willing to work at site and perform overtime when required.
