Job summary

A leading precast engineering company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to be responsible for delivering technical plans and drawings for various projects. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and possess strong skills in AutoCAD and BIM. This role involves ensuring timely preparations of drawings and close coordination with contractors and consultants.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering field required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software necessary.
• Experience with precast components design is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical plans, drawings, and designs for various project stages.
• Prepare drawings and quantity forms for contract administration.
• Monitor project coordination and resolve drawing discrepancies.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD

Proficient in BIM (Tekla)

Good experience in precast components design

Education

Degree in Civil / Structural / Environmental Engineering

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-time delivery of technical plans, drawings, designs and the relevant details for tenders, submissions, construction and other pre and post project purposes;
• Prepare on-time precise drawings and quantity form for contracts administration and production use;
• Monitor the progress of coordination and settlement of all discrepancies and issues relating to drawings between team member and clients’ representative;
• Explore, recommend and implement improvements and preventive measure for design and drawing efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Structural / Environmental Engineering, Engineering Drafting or its equivalent;
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM (Tekla);
• 3-D Modelling an advantage;
• Good and proven experience in precast components design;
• Familiar with HDB standard precast details;
• Working closely and coordinating with main contractors, architects and CS consultants;
• 5-working day a week.
