Job Scope

We are seeking a motivated BIM (Building Information Management) Business Analyst to support the delivery of projects across multidisciplinary projects, specifically within the building and infrastructure space. This position is well-suited for individuals with good communication skills, problem‑solving skills, and an interest in digital project delivery. Preferably, the individual should have some experience working the public sector space.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements.
• Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Contribute to cross‑functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with the organization's business model strategy.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend enhancements or solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, including process maps and status updates.
• Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to support problem‑solving and delivery improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering e.g. Civil, Infrastructure, Building, or a relevant field.
• 2 to 4 years of business analysis experience, including business/project workflow analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience in projects related to Building Information Management (BIM).
• At least 1 year of experience in public sector projects with good stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven experience in Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Knowledge in change management.
• Proficient in FulcrumHQ and digital delivery.
• Detail‑oriented with good presentation skills.
• Proactive and comfortable with stakeholder engagements.
