Job Title: Building Facilities Technician (ID1656)

Location: whitley road old police academy

Working Hours: Shift work: 2 day morning shifts (8am-8pm), 2 night shifts (8pm-8am), and 2 off days

Basic Salary: Up to $3200 (Gross Salary with can get $3500 to $3800 depend on the basic)

Job Description
  • Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Aircon / Mechanical / Building / Repairs).
  • Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building.
  • To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Attend to defects and customers' complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
  • Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
  • Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
  • Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Building / Facility Management or maintenance
  • Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
