Job summary

A building maintenance firm in Singapore is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance services, coordinate works and ensure safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related experience and a diploma in Building Services or Civil Engineering. This role requires strong supervision skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Competitive compensation and a working week of 5.5 days are offered.

Job Descriptions
  1. Plan, execute and supervise all Building Maintenance Engineer related facilities services.
  2. In Charge of building services, not limiting to maintenance on-site. Conduct regular inspection of existing building and its services to ensure that all maintenance program are implemented effectively in strict compliance with guidelines.
  3. To ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures.
  4. Ensure effective and safe operations of all Building Services' equipment and system with the team of technical officers and technicians.
  5. Coordinate and supervise the building and maintenance work. Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works.
  6. Carrying out regular inspection and provide recommendation for improvement or rectification work if needed.
  7. Perform troubleshooting and analyse faults and provide recommendation for sustainable and cost- effective solutions.
  8. Working closely with the client, sub-contractors, and the project team to resolve any technical issues involving in the preparation of related reports.
  9. Monitor work progress, drawings and other relevant documents related to building works. Involve in quotation and fault reports.
  10. Assist in planning, controlling, and coordinating building works. Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of works. Prepare and following up closely on the enquiry and quotations.
Requirements
  1. Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma in Building Services / Civil or equivalent.
  2. Building with at least 3 years or related work experience in building enviornment .
  3. 5.5 days work week at West area
