Responsibilities

• Support the Site Lead and Group FM team in managing Civil & Building systems and ensuring accountability across the Building Trade team.
• Oversee and monitor specialist vendors’ performance to meet contractual KPIs and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Manage and maintain contract documentation, ensuring proper records and audit readiness.
• Develop, review, and update policies, SOPs, and checklists to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Verify vendors’ performance reports, KPIs, and invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Conduct audits and system breakdown analysis, recommending improvement plans as needed.
• Manage risks, support audits, and oversee system upgrades or replacements before end‑of‑life.
• Lead and support investigations of incidents or system failures to determine root causes.
• Contribute to staff training and knowledge‑sharing within the Facilities Management team.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Engineering or related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or Civil & Building services.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Positive work attitude and ability to work well across different levels of staff.
• Certificate in Fire Safety Manager/Officer or relevant fire safety experience is an advantage.
