The Construction Supervisor shall play a key role in assisting the Construction Manager; the conceptual development of the various construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.

The Construction Supervisor assists the Construction Manager with the conceptual development of construction projects and oversees organization, scheduling, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Manager in the conceptual development of construction projects and oversee their organization, scheduling and implementation.
• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan, while managing day-to-day operational aspects including manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule, and cost control.
• Perform cost management to keep projects within approved budgets, including materials, manpower and machinery cost control for new and running projects; issue timely instructions to address delays or emergencies at construction sites; review manpower planning and work schedules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation.
• Enforce safe and economical methodologies and project standards.
• Maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors and achieve on-time completion; liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers to resolve site issues and compliance matters.
