Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to provide temporary finance support for a 4 to 6 months contract role in Tampines, Singapore.

You will assist with daily finance operations, budgeting, and SAP system updates to ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate has mandatory budget planning experience and SAP Analytics Cloud familiarity, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Prior budget planning experience is mandatory.
• Experience with SAP SAC is required.
• Candidates without SAP SAC experience must demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn new platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support daily finance and accounting operations, including reporting, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Assist with budget planning, forecasting activities, and preparation of budget-related reports.
• Input, update, and maintain budget figures in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAP SAC).
• Perform data verification and ensure accuracy of financial information within the system.
• Assist with budget monitoring and variance analysis when required.
• Provide support for month-end closing activities and financial reporting.

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
