iTea, a well-known local bubble tea chain in Singapore, is hiring for a customer-facing store role. Greet customers, take orders, and prepare drinks according to company recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Prepare milk teas and other drinks according to recipes and quality standards, including tapioca pearls and toppings.
• Handle transactions, collect payments, and process orders at the point of sale.
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing duties and handling delivery orders when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by cleaning equipment and workstations.
• Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with inventory management.
