Your Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and memorable experiences
• Recommend gowns that suit customer’s requirement and assist customer in trying of gowns
• Conduct measurements taking and final fitting of gowns
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent support and follow-ups
• Handle customer requests, enquiries and follow-ups
• Perform quality control checks, including minor gown touch‑ups (sewing beads, laces, etc.)
• Coordinate and assist in packing orders prior to delivery
• Achieve sales target with active participation in contributing towards sales goals
• Daily housekeeping duties

Work Schedule

Work Days: Wednesday to Sunday, including public holidays.

Work hours: Wednesday to Friday (1 PM – 10 PM) and weekends (10 AM – 9 PM).
