The Role
As a Bridal Experience Consultant, you will be the first voice and touchpoint for our brides. Your role is to attend to online enquiries with expertise, grace, and empathy — ensuring every interaction reflects the premium service and care at the heart of our brand.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to online enquiries across chat, email, and social platforms with professionalism and warmth.
• Share guidance on bridalwear and styling, and offer light advice on fabrics and fit — while our designers handle detailed customisation.
• Support brides as they navigate our AI previews and couture experience.
• Uphold BespokeWearAI’s premium tone and commitment to exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in bridalwear, luxury fashion consulting, or wedding styling.
• Strong written communication that conveys empathy and reassurance.
• Ability to balance attentiveness with efficiency in online customer interactions.
• A genuine passion for helping brides feel confident and cared for.
