Overview

At the Brand division, we are the driving force behind Singapore's destination brand, Passion Made Possible (PMP). This brand captures what makes Singapore special: our passion-driven spirit and determination to constantly push boundaries and reinvent ourselves. We tell a Great Singapore Story through traditional branded content and campaigns, as well as innovative approaches such as branded entertainment. As brand guardians, we make sure our marketing asset stays true to what destination Singapore represents – from brand purpose, style to messaging.

What you will be working on

We are looking for a dynamic individual to help shape our branded entertainment strategy and drive brand development. In this role, you will dive into market research and analysis to fuel our branded entertainment projects, create frameworks that support STB's goals, and develop and execute brand management plans that make a real difference. You will be part of exciting research projects to spot the next big trends in branded content, identify the best media and entertainment partners to collaborate with, and analyse how our brand is performing in the market. Everything you do will help strengthen STB's brand and grow our reach.

  1. Industry Intelligence: You will become our go-to expert on what's happening in the industry. Through comprehensive research and analysis, you will help to spot emerging trends, identify new market opportunities, and flag potential threats. Your insights will shape how we approach branded entertainment partnerships and create branded content that resonates with our target audience.
  2. Project Management and Support: You will have a hand in telling a great Singapore story across different platforms and formats. This means thinking creatively about how our brand can connect with audiences in fresh, innovative ways. This includes providing essential support for our ‘Singapore on Screen Fund’ and ‘Regional Film & TV Fund’ projects, ensuring our brand initiatives run smoothly behind the scenes.
  3. Brand Guardian: As the guardian of the PMP brand, you will ensure every application stays true to what our brand represents. You will learn how the brand is used and assess project requests, ensuring that our assets work hard in maintaining our brand impact and authenticity across all touchpoints.
