Professional Investment Advisory Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Branding & Recruitment Marketing Intern to collaborate with management, Branch Directors, and the advisor network to craft compelling brand identities and recruitment narratives for each branch.

You will participate in four phases: brand discovery, content development, video production, and recruitment campaign support, turning insights into standout branding across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Interest in branding, storytelling, and helping people present their best selves.
• Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to listen, synthesize, and communicate with impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured interviews with Branch Directors to capture leadership styles and culture.
• Develop brand briefs outlining each branch's unique value proposition.
• Craft recruitment pitches and messaging frameworks for outreach and interviews.
• Create branch profiles for use across digital platforms and recruitment materials.
• Design branding assets such as one-pagers, social posts, and decks.
• Coordinate video shoots, direct and edit short-form branding videos.
• Organise a content library for ongoing use across channels.
• Support recruitment events, roadshows and campus outreach.
• Evaluate branding initiatives and propose improvements.
