Role Summary

We are seeking a Brand & PR Lead to build and protect Doctor Anywhere’s brand across Southeast Asia. This role combines brand strategy, narrative development, public relations, and executive communications into one integrated function. You will be responsible for shaping how millions of users, partners, regulators, and investors perceive the brand. Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Governance
  • Own and refine the Doctor Anywhere brand architecture and brand identity system across all markets.
  • Define messaging frameworks, value propositions, and tone of voice.
  • Maintain brand governance across Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
  • Ensure brand consistency across paid, owned, earned, and offline touchpoints.
2. Brand Communications & Storytelling
  • Develop multi‑channel communication frameworks that articulate the DA brand narrative.
  • Lead brand‑level content for websites, campaigns, executive materials, and corporate assets.
  • Build emotionally resonant content such as patient stories, doctor profiles, and brand purpose content.
  • Oversee editorial calendar, brand campaigns, and narrative‑driven storytelling assets.
3. Public Relations & Media Relations
  • Lead PR strategy across all markets, including proactive storytelling and reactive reputation management.
  • Build and manage relationships with Tier‑1 media mainly in Singapore and across Asia.
  • Coordinate media briefings, interviews, and commentary for leadership. Maintain crisis communications readiness and escalation protocols.
4. Executive & Corporate Communications
  • Support CEO, Leadership, and Medical Director with speeches, op‑eds, talking points, and panel scripts.
  • Draft corporate communications for investors, regulators, and industry bodies.
  • Maintain messaging alignment with business strategy, product direction, and market expansions.
5. Reputation & Trust Management
  • Monitor brand sentiment, competitor share of voice, and external reputation.
  • Manage reputation risks with leadership team, legal, and medical teams.
  • Develop trust‑building communication frameworks that strengthen brand credibility.
6. Measurement & Insights
  • Define and track PR KPIs including brand coverage volume, share of voice, sentiment, and earned media value.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry narratives to keep DA top of mind.
  • Report PR performance and insights.

Requirements
  • 5–8 years in brand, PR, communications, or integrated marketing
  • Regional experience in Southeast Asia is preferred
  • Strong media network in at least in Singapore and SEA market, with ability to scale across others
  • Strong writing, content strategy, and storytelling skills
  • Experience with crisis comms or public relations
  • Experience managing external agencies, PR firms, and creative partners
  • Proven track record leading PR strategies across Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills in English (local languages a plus)
  • Experience with corporate reputation management, product launches, and crisis comms
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
