What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute brand marketing & consumer growth strategies that align with company goals.
  • Define campaign positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
  • Campaign | Activity goals set up with focus on growth and targeted metrics
  • Preparation of marketing materials for the activity / campaign
  • Collaborate with internal teams for marketing activities and support sales / product teams with their needs from marketing team
  • Analyse campaign performance and make data‑driven adjustments.
  • Manage online / offline marketing activities which includes: webinars, trainings, seminars, exhibitions, brand activation and outreach activities.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts for mutual benefit.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree may be preferred.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
  • Understanding of the marketing / media industry landscape, market trends, and consumer behaviour relevant to the brand’s target audience.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for tracking and measuring campaign performance.
