Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Narrative
- Develop and execute the company’s global brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand narrative, positioning, and visual identity.
- Build and maintain long-term brand equity, enhancing brand awareness, reputation, and customer trust.
Global Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns globally (product launches, major events, brand partnerships), ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
- Manage marketing budgets, optimise ROI, and drive user growth across multiple channels (social media, influencers, communities, SEO/SEM, offline events, etc.).
Public Relations & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry and mainstream media, leading positive coverage and managing crisis communications.
- Develop the company’s leadership presence through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and industry events.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and other teams to align marketing activities with company strategy and roadmap.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Establish marketing performance monitoring systems and optimise strategies based on data insights.
- Regularly report key metrics and growth progress to management.
Requirements
Experience
- 8+ years in marketing, brand management, or PR, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven experience in building a brand or leading global marketing initiatives.
Skills
- Strategic thinking: Strong understanding of brand building methodology, able to define and execute brand roadmap.
- Communication & storytelling: Excellent content creation and PR skills, able to craft compelling brand stories across cultures.
- Growth strategy: Familiarity with digital marketing techniques, balancing long-term brand building with short-term objectives.
- Leadership: Strong team management, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
