The role is based out of Singapore and requires 5 days per week office presence.

Job Overview

Tim Hortons Brand Marketing & Communications Executive will be responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies in the execution of Integrated Marketing Strategies. Candidates should have a good understanding of marketing communication & execution that drives brand love, awareness, and consideration. Bringing a combination of solid project management, communication, and time management skills, along with the ability to collaboratively work cross-functionally, is critical to this role's success.

Your Roles And Responsibilities
  • Support successful launches of Tim Hortons in the new APAC markets: market & consumer research, support campaign design and execution.
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders (including Master Franchisees), to ensure best possible product quality & restaurant experiences.
  • Help Tim Hortons grow sustainably in the APAC by helping develop guest centric integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Support the creation of Tim Horton’s annual marketing calendar, including concept ideation, briefing, evaluating creative through a strategic lens and support providing clear feedback to marketing agencies.
  • Support new product launches and content management through ideation, working with external vendors and supply chain teams.
  • Manage required day-to-day tasks related to new country entries end/ or new campaigns, including coordinating with, master franchisee, marketing agencies, and internal key stakeholders.
  • Help to manage, protect and champion the brand positioning, voice, identity and promise.
Your Skills And Experience
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or public relations.
  • 1 – 4 years of experience in strategic consulting or consumer marketing field.
  • Solid problem solving, and analytical thinking skills are required.
  • Experience in FMCG/F&B companies or QSR industry will be a plus.
  • Experience in consumer data analytics, statistics and media execution will be a plus.
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks and projects effectively within a defined timeline.
  • Strong attention-to-details, advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences to include internal partners, master franchisees, agencies and vendors.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second APAC language will be a plus.
  • Working experience in SEA market(s) is preferred.
