Starsearch is a high-growth sales and marketing agency in Singapore, focused on experiential campaigns and direct consumer engagement. We are expanding our core team and seeking a driven Brand Marketing Assistant to run live marketing activities and learn business development from the ground up.

You will gain hands-on experience in face-to-face engagement, campaign execution, and building strong client relationships while contributing to revenue growth across client portfolios.

• Experiential Marketing & Engagement: Own the space. Drive high-impact face-to-face customer engagement and build buzzing brand awareness during live campaigns.

• Campaign Execution: Support and execute targeted sales strategies, learning how to pitch, position, and close deals for diverse industries.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as a key brand representative, maintaining excellent relationships with consumers and corporate partners alike.

• Collaborative Strategy: Partner with your team to hit performance goals, sharing on-ground market insights during daily creative huddles to optimize upcoming campaigns.
