Your marketplace insights and patient focus will shape and direct strategic marketing plans for the product lifecycle, ensure execution of the brand plan for long‑term brand success, and develop clear country value propositions for patients and healthcare professionals.
An originator, you will be responsible for brand success by employing cross‑functional engagement strategies, exploring new and innovative approaches to brand communications, and responding to constructive feedback internally and externally.
Review, develop and lead the brand planning process to recommend or implement integrated omnichannel marketing activities for assigned brand/s, including plans for future indications and evaluate the performance with KPIs.
Work with the business excellence team (IBEX) to support the analysis of market data and trends to identify key drivers, growth opportunities, competitors’ landscape and address potential business threats within target segments.
Collaborate and liaise with internal cross‑functional teams and external key stakeholders, influencers and decision makers to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and successful execution of marketing plans and A&P budgets.
Be responsible for close marketing & sales alignment, ensuring all aspects of the marketing plan meet the needs of field teams and customers.
In addition, work on new product planning including leading pre‑launch, commercial planning, scenario mapping, risk planning and mitigation strategies, lifecycle management, feasibility assessment and forecasting for new assets in assigned TA.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in science‑related courses.
Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing with a good track record of effective implementation of strategic plans, new launches, and brand campaigns.
In depth understanding of the R&I and/or V&I patient experience from diagnosis throughout the rest of their journey.
Demonstrable strategic and tactical approach within R&I and/or V&I disease areas.
Clear evidence of innovation leading to success.
Strong focus on effective decision making and results.
Able to work cross‑functionally across different teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player, organized, results oriented and independent.
Broad understanding of the commercial, operational and strategic aspects of the pharmaceutical business.
Experience in R&I and/or V&I.
Portfolio management experience.
Launch and/or Biologics brand management experience a plus.
Sales and/or leadership experience.
